so how come the airline didn't stop it if so many ppl were booking it? Why is it so cheap? (I'm not complaining)

And it may be worth it to just go straight from jfk instead of paying 9k RT from BOS to JFK (unless I come from CLE, then its worth to go straigt to boston)

But isn't there a way to include the domestic part into the intl. Keeping the rate of intl. (25k)?

BA will, just a matter of time. Its so cheap only b/c e/t else is so expensive and their miles became worthless.

Jetblue/amtrak to BOS are often cheaper than 4.5k, but its not much either way.

On BA you pay for every segment on each own.

Interesting, the first day or two this made it to the blogs, they were booking it non-stop. (Reps were wondering what happened).

It is not bookable online.

The price is vaild in each direction, 12.5k BOS-DUB (each way), 20k JFK-DUB. LHR-DUB and/or JFK-BOS are 4500 avios each way. The chiddush is that by flying aer lingus u don't get hit by their surcharges, which are $700 if flying British planes.

17k amex + $100 for RT TATL is just amazing.
do the standard BA rules of double in business and triple in first apply

Is there a simple way to search Aer Lingus availability?

BA will, just a matter of time.
im on the phone now with BA and the CSR is telling me there is a mistake on the calculation, and she never saw such a thing that was so cheap and she doesnt want to give it to me. so i said but if it says that price then you have to, so she said it's forsure gonna go up in points once you get to the booking page!
i think its time for a HUCA :)

well in the end she gave in - not like she had much of a choice.

LOL Its because BA doesnt charge their award surcharges on Aer Lingus flights.

Apparently Expertflyer doesn't show biz availability ever, and United isn't reliable either.
