Sometimes if you show them that you are traveling on an F ticket they will let you into the F Lounge even when flying business. It has worked in the past for me on LX in ZRH
No, I can't really think of any business lounges that are must see, though the BA Business lounge at Heathrow will provide you with Hermoles meals (no need to reserve in advance)
Will LX let me use the F lounge even though I'm on an F ticket with no F segments on LX?

Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

There's an earlier flight that usually opens  up a day or two before. Problem with booking with US is that you can't make any changes after departure. Thats a huge no-no for me
So UA and US don't allow changes after departure?
I know CO does allow changes.
Does AC allow changes after departure?

OK, I just read online that Venice has a natural Eruv? Is this true? Does anyone know any details?
The SPG hotels all appear to be within this Eruv!
The Westin Europa & Regina (SPG Cat.5) to Chabad of Venice-2.1km.

Only problem is that I think I need to be in PIt for shavuos, which leaves me
ORD-PIT, 2:35pm-5:09pm
Definitely would be living life on the dangerous side!

you didnt give me that PITbull info.

Wow, awesome! Assuming that Chabad uses the Eruv there in that case...now I'm really torn with how to plan this itin!

you didnt give me that PITbull info.
Look at the proposed itin on page 4...

Do you know the minimum connect time in FRA for CDG-FRA-ORD?

Sure would be nice if they let me book a 40 minute connection!

UA and US dont allow changes after booking. AC allows changes to dates and times but officially no changes to routing and airlines. They are not so makpid though. Just ask very nicely and they'll let you change that as well

So should I be in
Paris: Wed evening-Sun morning (4 nights)
Venice: Sun afternoon-Tues morning  (2 nights)

Or
Venice: Wed evening-Sun morning (4 nights)
Paris: Sun afternoon-Tues morning (2 nights)

The nice thing about Paris for Shabbos is the Hyatt is right next to a shul and I have the extra Hyatt nights.
The nice thing about Venice for Shabbos is that there is apparently free meals at Chabad, but there will be a 2km. walk to shul from the SPG hotel.

Decisions, Decisions...Any advice?

Paris has nice things to see.
In Venice everything is special, so you really won't find the 25 minutes boring. Hope this helps.
Is stretching the trip a little, a problem?
