Is it possible to switch Amex Blue Sky Rewards into another program, like Starwoods?

Which is exactly why Blue Sky Rewards and most proprietary points programs are not a good deal. You are basically capped at a redemption value of a penny a point as opposed to Starwood where each point can be worth 5 cents or more.
