How is Citi's SM service?

I am new to Citi. Have only had experiences with SM, with Chase and Amex (both really great!!)
I want to know how is the CS with Citi secure messaging, worth anything? Are they as helpful and knowledgeable?

i would say they are good but not as good as chase & amex. they usually answer in a decent amount of time.

I found Citi's SM to be OK, though AMEX and Chase SM seems soother.
