TIL - Today I Learned

TIL that the commander of Israel’s navy from 2007 to 2011 was half-Chinese (dw, he was apparently Halachically Jewish), he was even nicknamed Chayni for his Chinese appearance.

I always knew there was a FIL and a MIL and some BILs and SILs, and some people had SILs and DILs. Today I learned that there is also a TIL.

That the reason animals and inanimate creations do not literally express shira is because they do not have free will. Angels technically have free will (though disobeying is suicide because they only exist as Hashem's command), and therefore, their shira is literal.

And here I thought you were talking about those things you put on your finger to measure blood oxygen levels. I was trying to figure out what was going on :)

I have/want to change a glow plug. My mechanic says I shouldn't attempt because if it is breaks it will fall into the engine. Still debating
