That's it?
If so, why was Jesus killed?
Who killed him?
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

Or he can say that his morals are that his evolutionary duty is to weed out the less fit creatures for survival of the fittest.
But discussing what the morals of a person without morals are is unintelligent. If you look, that was what was being discussed in the post you quoted. We were discussing if there was a reason not to steal, assuming you completely leave morals out of the picture. Saying that such a person would be moral or immoral would be completely missing the boat. (No offense intended, I hope none is taken.)
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

Why?
Not because of what it says in your local orthodox Torah scroll.

So again, sans religion there is no reason not to steal if you will not be caught?

So now we know where CBC gets all his knowledge and halacha from.

For simple facts? He just turns to the Internet.
For halacha? He relies on a rav who clearly has no knowledge or experience on how things are nowadays.
What he quoted from his Googling corroborates what the Rov said (in context), unless you were intentionally misreading it to say all pills cause bleeding 100% of the time.

Who's talking religion? We're discussing morals, irrespective of their roots or source. There is a possible argument to be made that the fact that this edict against stealing is ultimately  beneficial to the potential thief, as it facilitates the functioning of a society he needs, would be reason enough to stop him. However, the consequence deterrent would likely be a much stronger factor, and eliminating that would result in a much higher level of theft.

And both are just not true.

He said "that virtually all pills cause staining" - which is a false statement.

30% is not "virtually all pills cause staining"
All pills can cause it.
But it's lower than that in regular pills and higher than that in low-dose pills.
Defintiely not a p'sik reisha nowadays.

Why?
Here is one possible motive.

" The Romans would have had reason to want to silence Jesus, who had been called by some of his followers “King of the Jews,” and was known as a Jewish upstart miracle-worker. Jews, on the other hand, lacked a motive for killing Jesus."

Jews never killed through crucifixion, crucifixion was a known Roman punishment.

+1. This is clearly what CBC was referring to.
But it's lower than that in regular pills and higher than that in low-dose pills.

Now whether or not this line of halachic reasoning is correct, and would cause R' Moshe to reconsider his psak, that's not for you or I to say.
