LMS - Last Man Standing.. Not FMS (First Man Standing) - This game is for night time only, not morning, afternoon, or evening.. NIGHT TIME ONLY!!

At night while most of the world is sleeping there are some members which are looking to socialize since they have no one else to speak to; they play a really exciting and fun game which basically every couple minutes you write a comment, the comments range from standing to sleeping, from young grasshoppers to old grasshoppers. it usually begins around 1:00 am EDT

RULES OF THE GAME:

1) Game starts at 1am Eastern, 12am Central, 11pm mountain, 10pm pacific... You get the point.
2) Anyone can call a roll call, just make a reply with "Roll Call". The roll call must be readable to the naked eye.
3) No more than one roll call every thirty minutes.
4) You have 30 minutes to respond to the roll call to stay active.
5) To respond to a roll call just post a reply with "Here" or "y y y"
6) If after one hour there are no more "Roll Calls" or "Heres", then the last person to post correctly either by calling a roll call or with a reply of "here" is declared winner of LMS.
7)You must have been awake for at least 12 hours before making or answering a RC.

OR IN SHORT:

When someone calls for a roll call. No more than one every 30 minutes and you have 30 minutes to respond "Here".

That's the problem.

No that's not the problem. That's something that you don't like about frum people, maybe. But I'm sure you'd get respectful replies out of this group if they somehow were able to take you seriously.

Unless they would really be considered to have switched.
I'll be the first to admit that I'm clueless when it comes to the subject.

Wouldn't the פשטות of the איסור לא תלבש be coming to commissary transgender tendencies?

If men could get pregnant:

planned parenthood would look very different
abortion would be as available as any other medical procedure
maternity (paternity?) leave would be STANDARD
no one would complain about wearing a condom or leaving birth control up to the woman
men would be a lot more responsible. ie: way fewer deadbeat dads
rape would be close to non-existant (might even extend to molestation?)
the whole condescending "asking if a woman is on her period because she's mad" thing would disappear

there is a strong argument that the reason why women get only $0.70 for every $1 men earn is because they take off more time for family. giving birth, tending to children, etc. in this case men and women would end up earning the same salary.

overall- i see no downside

Not sure if anyone is interested in serious sources (not judging you if you're not), but most poskim on the issue say halacha always follows birth gender. There is one, maybe 2 poskim, who say the surgery is halachically recognized. AFAIK it's the Tzitz Eliezer that offers this latter view, but I'd have to double check. I have a lot of sources on the matter. Feel free to PM if interested.

Your post is so disgusting that you should be ashamed of yourself.

You sound like someone living on a different planet.

Who are you to judge others and paint us as mentally ill?

You know who's mentally ill? You and others like you who think everyone who makes a different decision in life than you  has a psychological disorder!

Who do you think you are? Do you think you represent Judaism? You represent the worst of humanity!

All with a frum cover-up, you justify humiliating a fellow yida.

I can tell you that: hashem will not punish me for what I did - but you'll definitely burn in hell for what you did.

Did you get a heter to offend me? What's with that Torah that you pretend to respect so dearly? Nah, it's all trash when I get the opportunity to bash another yid.

What's your heter? Online harassment is not assur? Offending trans is exempt from the issur to be מבייש a yid?

What?

COOL IT
he is allowed to post his opinion,
but why is it so hard to hear that you have (or had) a mental illness? if you are sick go to a Dr. and treat it, there is nothing wrong about it,
oh and about painting your trans community as ill ppl, if you want to keep your illness to yourself/family/friend why post it here?

Thanks!

One of the very few informative and respectful posts.

I truly appreciate it.
I'm not sure if he took it out of context on purpose or not, but I would advise you should look inside some of the places he quoted, where they all specifically finish off that it's just in the very rare case where it happened by itself, not where mutilated themselves

Tzitz Eliezer seems to apply it to surgery.

Granted, all his sources are not referring to surgery.

Hi my fellow DDFers,

As I transition into the next phase of
my life, I want everyone to know the
real me. I am Puppy Meshugener. I am a
dog. Given the way that I feel, and
have felt since childhood, I want to
begin hormone therapy as soon as
possible. I hope that you will support
me in this transition. I also request
that, starting today, you refer to me by
my new name and use the animal
pronoun (except in official mail to my home address). I look forward to
 receiving letters from supporters and
having the opportunity to write back.

The post that can be inserted into any discussion thread:

Just want to reiterate my disagreement with the economies of [insert thread topic] expressed in this thread, because it seems relevant to the recent conversation.  Not aimed at any specific convo going on or any particular posts but for those reading this thread keep in mind there is some very sketchy (read: non-existent) actual math going on from some very intelligent individuals here.  This bias occurs throughout the thread from nearly pg 1.

Crunch your numbers.  Truly consider all your options.  You may be surprised with what you find.
If you don't care why would you comment?
