Why was the sharps-a-gator bin in the bathroom at YUL overflowing with hypodermic needles? I've never seen anything like it. Was it that they haven't changed it in a year? Or is it that Canadians are diabetics? Or is it some liberal thing about being tolerant of hypodermic drug users?
Can someone explain?
