Lounges
« on: August 03, 2012, 09:07:14 AM »
Let me preface by saying that I am new here. I have attempted to find the answer to my question by searching through the different boards. However I haven't seen what I am looking for covered anywhere else.

Is there a comprehensive list of the different methods of accesing different airport lounges, either by alliance, by operating airline, or as a last resort even by paying cash to access.

The lounge I need information on is any Lounge in ATH. There are a couple of them operated by Aegean, and one operated by Lufthansa.

Any help would be much appreciated, and maybe this can be the beginning of a list that everyone can benefit from.

I was in Madrid last year and was flying Iberia/AA to JFK, they let you pay around 60 Euro for day use of the "Admirals" Lounge, they have nice clean showers as well if you want to pay extra, I think if you have membershup world wide you get in for free.
I find that many airports have websites or you can look on oneworld.com about the lounges by airlines and airport.

If there is an Admirals Club in Madrid, if you have the Amex Platinum card (even cancelled), you should be able to access it if you are flying AA.
