Mr President, there are no official tips.

you have a big chance that the one picking up won't be a genius.

If not completely stupid, you inquire about different products (if she wants to transfer you, you say please not).

After about 1 minute of fast talking, having touched about 5 different topics, you ask what you wanted to ask (her head is supposed to be spinning by now).

If done properly, this should knock her off balance, and pretty much everything goes smoothly hereafter.

If it starts to sound negative, you say that you spoke to Mary* (thats what I wrote down at least last time you tell them) who promised you so and so.

* please make up different COMMON names.

PS: I am not going to make calls for others, if it works with my lousy accent, you should be able to do it too.

Once you get the person's head "spinning", what do you ask for? You say "can you take off all the charges on my bill"???

Jedi mind tricks work well at Sprint apparently.

You ask her for her address, SSN.

The you give her your account number, and ask her to wire you around $500 or so. (on weekly basis)

just kidding, depends what you need to arrange.

For me, it meant making my monthly bill zero, and getting a a credit instead of paying my outstanding bills.

So you asked her to make your monthly bill zero and she does it? You need to call monthly or its automatic now?

now it stays on zero, and i had her put to zero my previous bills.

I used to call them every 6-8 month or so, but I hope now even this won't be needed.

Under what pretense do you ask for $0 bill? there has to be some reasoning behind the request, no?

An example would be, that one of the super-supervisors told me thats I'll have to pay as I'm very little in the USA.

How come I'm being charged now?!
