Booking kosher hotels with BA in Jerusalem

I am looking to book a hotel in Jerusalem using Avios but I don't know which ones have Shabbos meals and a good hechsher, can anyone please help me out?
Here is the list of hotels that come up on their site:

Olive Tree- Royal Plaza.
St.George Landmark Hotel.
Crowne Plaza.
Grand Court.

JERUSALEM GATE.
MOUNT OF OLIVES.

PS. I didn't go all the way to the checkout page on BA, I'm wondering if what they quote in Avios is all they charge for the hotel or are there any hidden fees at the conclusion of the booking?

What kind of CPM are you getting with these hotels?

I just checked for the two that ashers pointed out and, yeah, the cpm rate is not that great. less than 1cpm for the Gate and about 1c for the plaza (provided there are no "surprise" charges at the checkout page)...
Any other hotels on the list with a good hechsher that anyone knows about?
