They only sent them out to orders that at first received confirmations. I only got one for a couple different orders placed from different account and names because only one order actually WAS confirmed at some point.

Please clarify what you mean. One of my orders got an instant email saying your order is being processed, and later got a cancelation email.
The other order got an instant email with 'Order confirmation' in the title saying     ORDER RECEIVED & BEING PROCESSED. I guess if they end up canceling the 2nd one I'll get $200, but for the first it was never 'confirmed?

Maybe I will use the $200 for a waterproof camera. Also want to buy one but never think it's worth spending the money.
