Dunno if this applies to you but....
When I ordered I gave them email account A. I have my mail forwarded from account A to account B. I forgot about that, that's why I hadn't noticed my confirmation email in account B.
When checking for the $200 coupon, I kept checking B with no luck. I finally realized that while gmail forwards my regular mail from A to B, it doesn't forward the spam (figuring I don't need it). Sure enough, the $200 coupon was sitting in spam in account A!!
