Is there a way for me to know which order I got my code for so I can request a code for my other order?#flamebait?

Update: I called a number that was posted earlier by RED 1-888-227-8451 The person who picked up identified themselves as a supervisor and they told me that since it was declined not cancelled I'm not eligible.I then called puddles number where I was told that I am eligible but not all of the emails went out yet and it takes up to 24 hours for everyone to get theirs (I don't believe that). He said he would forward my request to escalate it to the department that is sending out the emails.I called back the first number 1-888-227-8451 and they also said that I'm eligible and that they're forwarding my request to corporate who will email the code in the next 24 hours.Lets see what actually happens.
spoke to HP just now...as I ordered 2 desktops and only received 1 coupon in my spam....they said its 1 coupon per account did anyone hear the same thing?is there a way around this?
I received information that all orders will be cancelled and credited (if it was charged) However, everyone who ordered will be given 2 options, a 20% discount on any H8-1300Z Desktop configuration or a $200 off HP Store merchandize (He didn't mention any small prints or limitation except limit one offer per customer) An email regarding this is being sent out as we speak. Please do take this as a gain of salt until such an email is received and confirmed.
This is weird. I had only ordered one comp, but now the order status is showing two orders, with different order numbers, both cancelled. Any one else see this?
ya me too, i ordered 1 computer and their is only 1 order number, but their is 2 statuses the first sais cancelled and the 2nd sais order in production. so im a bit confused. also i never got the cancellation notice but i did get the $200 coupon (which does say that your order was cancelled
I believe the second order number is for the coupon.this it starts with C

by the second status it sais shipping august 10, so it seems to be referring to pc

I didn't try it yet. But my friend told me he used the coupon twice and it worked!!!
