already did. They said they seen in the notes that I have called 3 times and that patience should be practiced. I told them they should send me the coupon as quickly as they originally charged my card.
I think this actually works toward your advantage, I'd call every 3-4 days until the expiration (twice more), and once the coupon expires you can get a supervisor to offer you some real compensation.
I'm not saying you (or any of us) are really entitled to anything, and the $200 is a really nice gesture on HPs part, but telling you to keep waiting it just BS if they don't follow through.
