I looked at stuff like that and decided against when I saw the lousy reviews. I they had something SSD or flash (32/64gb+) I'd spend all $200 on it.

Its questionable metzad what is (and more so if anything) is actually being oiver, and coupled with the question of whether they are contracted per your job specifically or if they are just filling their job. This is all coupled with the fact that it is not at all a traditional akira/hanacha.

I'm not and probably can't do it much justice over the forums. I remember hearing a great shiur on the topic... if I can find out I'll link it...

What about ordering (for example) on amazon with 1 day shipping where the item is delivered on shabbos?

How about sending an express letter erev shabbos? or even just running to drop something in the mail on erev shabbos so it goes out on shabbos (otherwise it wouldn't go till Monday).  Are these things allowed or not?

Of course it makes a difference. There are many many factors at play here. Part of the issues of what the goy is "doing" for you on shabbos is hotzoah. Unfortunately it was a shiur from a while back... I wish I had it clearer or can remember who gave it! I'm pretty sure I got it on COL (R. Weinberg SA maybe???)....
