They just called me again offering to change only one way if I want, they offered $150 free on ElAl if I changed both ways (or a free 2nd bag).

I just tried calling again as I haven't been able to find availability for the dates I want. Before I even said anything the rep told me that he can't see anything around my current flight but as his supervisor just finished his shift he can't do anything and I should call back tom. and a supervisor would be able to open up a flight for me.
