I am glad that these are AA flights, because if it was El-Al im sure they will find ways to be extra nasty to the Frum crowd that booked up the flights....

They can make our lives misrable @ the airport (full body pat down, move gates around, loose luggage...), if they did such a thing and they were sued it wud get real interesting...

They can notate each ticket from this deal with some code...

so it'l go like that Yordechai then YIrdechai then YISdechai, YISRechai and so on or how about moshe to yaakov first you call to change to Yoshe then YAsh then YAAh, YAAK, YAAKO

El Al told me that when I booked ticket they were already aware of the mistake and did not issue the ticket and therefore it will not be honored.

Mine says "Recorded" (I guess as opposed to "confirmed").

I booked at 1:38 on cheaptickets.com

At 1:15 tickets for last week in January were $404, went up to $454 while I was booking, the $454 flight wouldn't book either and I ended up getting for $500.

They gave me an ElAl confirmation number.

I went on ElAl.com and it pulls up the reservation and says recorded.

I just booked 2 tickets (+1 infant in lap) to Israel for Yeshiva Break January 2013 for $397/person with one stopover each way on El Al. Check it out!

I found the pricing on Kayak and booked on Expedia. When I tried to book on orbitz it said that the flight details had changed. This may be a price mistake.

i booked for pesach 2 adults and 1 child 350$ each!! stopover in london and zurich. and got my bro and his wife and kid also for pesach but it was 500$ each ticket (and much closer to actual pesach than mine is) Im really psyched- although i did think to go for lag baomer for my sons upsherin- ill just have to do it b4 pesach!!
