I just checked my ticket status on elal.com, and it says "trip status: recorded"

Is that what it is supposed to say? is that the same thing as saying confirmed?? Thanks.

fyi people should look at there tickets and make sure all legs of there flight are on there reservation.
american is just canceling flight with out contacting anyone.

I know i find the email ironic. Anyhow when i log into expedia it says economy. The fun ends there...though even if it said business on expedia I would still need to decide if it's worth pursuing it if it means ill be in a Rabbi Marburger speech.

I just called expedia and they said they see it as economy and that El Al has reserved the ticket/seats and if I would want to change the seats I would need to contact them  :'(

I got the same thing in my email it says business but when I login it shows economy and I can only choose economy seats, must be a glitch in the email.

My 2 cent:
You got a great deal, elal was really nice about it and lets you change to a direct flight for 75 dollars, normally that would cost much much more.

I do think you are very cheap and missing self respect to ask for them to waive the 75 dollars.
