Garment Bag on Spirit?

I'm flying on Spirit tommorow from Atlantic City to Detroit. Can I get on with garment bag without
paying baggage?

If it will fold up to fit in the seat in front of you it shouldn't be a prob

I got on with a garment bag for free once I showed them how I could crumple it under my seat...

They let me on no problem. Because they charge for carry ons there is more open storage on top. I was able to lay my suit entirely flat, even though it was full flight!
