SPG one-person rate vs. two-person rate
« on: November 05, 2013, 03:42:37 PM »
I'm booking an overseas SPG hotel and just noticed there was a big price difference when booking a single adult VS a double occupancy, for the same room that is .... Is that normal with SPG?

Should I just book for one adult? and sneak my wife in....

So what happens if you book for one and check-in two?! can you getaway with it?

wonder if that's the same with SPG points or Cash & Points...

--  however, doesn't matter if it's one person or two, cuz it's based on Category #, rather than pple #s

the European hotels are typically very aware if there are 1 or 2 people staying in room.
if they "catch you" they will charge you the difference.....

Cash and Points make no difference

strange...  wondering what difference it makes to them if it's 1 or 2?
The # of towels? Water usage? bed wear and tear...? odd...
