Cholov Yisroel:
If you go onto Kosher Panama Website you can search for Cholov Yisroel by entering Jalav Israel in the search, just be aware if the site lists Jalav Israel and Lacteo in the description, the establishment may have both CY and non-CY so be aware and double check with the staff.
SuperKosher also had a nice selection of CY breakfast/snack/frozen items available.

There is a local chalav yisroel that isn't up to everyone's standards. It isn't up to Chabad as they use a lower kasherimg temperature than the alter rebbe holds.
This is what local chabad down there told me. Don't hold me to any of it please.

Faster and more fun. Took the ferry back. Not sure if flight still exists but it was $50 back then. Search this thread for discussion.

Do the supermarkets sell ready made options (salads, sandwiches etc)?? I noticed in the wiki that there are 2 supermarkets, is one better than the other?

I didnt see anything ready packaged like in america.
Super kosher is the newer nicer grocery. They have some fleishig takeout food behind the counter. And they have another counter we you can order sandwiches.
I got some sushi in Delik. They also have a place there to order food- it was like a store in the grocery

I've never added anything to the Master list - just tried but wasn't posting correctly.  Anyone can do it or can tell me how to do it?
I asked someone to post it for you and they did

I did it without any guides and had lots of fun. Just get to the Pearl islands and hire any of the boats at the shore. Didn’t pay a lot and was shown everything.
Which Island did you get a boat from- contodora or saboga? Because when I got dropped off at Contadora by the dock I didnt see any other boats waiting around- are there other docks for the smaller boats?

I did this one for you, but for the future:
1) click edit
2) find the line/paragraph with the location
3) add to the end of the line

We didn't go to Pearl Islands to compare. San Blas is a unique experience, Pearl Islands seems like something you can find elsewhere. It is quite a trip to get there, 2 and half hours, and half of it on a crazy bumpy road. As well - we paid extra to get a private boat and had a tour guide come with us, that gave us a private experience. The regular tours - take you to 2 Islands and the natural pool and I think serve lunch (which isn't kosher). Since we did private - we went first to the natural pool and it was empty, then they took us to the 2 Islands, one we stayed a few minutes the 2nd one you go snorkeling by the sunken boat - an interesting experience, especially if you don't usually do it. Then when the island got busier we headed to another Island which was completely empty (you have to pay an extra 3 dollars per person for every extra island). The entry tax includes 2 main Islands. It's just a very unique experience - we left 6:30AM and came back 6:30 PM, so it may not be for everyone, but there is something that is unique about it.
We used Travelling Souls Panama - very easy to deal with and we highly recommend using them for a San Blas trip if you need the private experience (can leave a bit later than than the other tours, which was important for me that I can daven before going, and to have the ability to go a different Island if the main 2 get busy).

If you don’t mind me asking you, how much did they charge you?

It was about double the public tour (which I think is about170), was curious if you can book directly with Guna Yalla for cheaper. PM if you want more specific
