Cholov Yisroel:
If you go onto Kosher Panama Website you can search for Cholov Yisroel by entering Jalav Israel in the search, just be aware if the site lists Jalav Israel and Lacteo in the description, the establishment may have both CY and non-CY so be aware and double check with the staff.
SuperKosher also had a nice selection of CY breakfast/snack/frozen items available.

There is a local chalav yisroel that isn't up to everyone's standards. It isn't up to Chabad as they use a lower kasherimg temperature than the alter rebbe holds.
This is what local chabad down there told me. Don't hold me to any of it please.

For those planning on a trip to panama and looking for a good place to eat, try lulas by darna. Although it's expensive (upscale manhattan restaurant pricing) the food is great.

I have a 12 hour stopover in Panama. It should leave me with 8.5 - 9 hours of sightseeing.
anyone have a list of the must -sees that i can fit into 9 hours. I'd also like to stop somewhere for a quick lunch.

Thanks

Definitely the Panama Canal. It is an amazing sight. A new Frank- Gehry designed museum just opened. Explore Casco Viejo.
For food- Peta Pan was great. cheap and delicious. If you want more upscale Darna is amazing.

Was there last week- if your're looking for dairy, Sabra across from Bal Harbor Mall was excellent- try the fried fish wrap! if you want meat, Prime Grill was very reasonable, and their food was good, steaks are about Manhattan prices but very generous portions and very soft flavorful meat. Lula's was pretty upscale and definitely pricier. there are a bunch of other options besides those...

I dont think this is the best place to ask, Just make sure you have a return or continuing ticket or they wont let you board.

Some might give you problems even if you have return but it's 2 separate tickets.

Are you saying its better to book a fight with a return together, or two separate itineraries there and back?

At this point I have a flight booked from Miami to Panama City. Are you saying that I will run into issues trying to board if I have a separate flight to return?

Not necessarily as long as you Have a return you should be fine, but don't take my word for it.
Ask a TA.
