1) Is there any kosher food near the Amador Causeway. Also, any recommended bike rental place.
2) Has anyone used their British Airway points to book activities? I'm thinking of using BA points for some trips and The Real Panama Tours (TRPT) for others. Any particular tour that should be done with TRPT rather than BA points?

Sure, all the Kosher restaurants and the Kosher supermarket is a short drive.

If you had to choose between these two which would you choose? The first includes a city tour but not actual transit through the canal.

Definitely go through the Panama Canal. The transit is really an experience.

Any recommended place to pick up food before a long trip? I'm aware of all the restaurants but not sure they are suitable for packing lunches/meals.

I was considering using the https://www.therealpanamatours.com/special-kosher-tours.html, but she has no kosher tours my week.

The cheapest will be the meat and dairy restaurants in the huge Deli K supermarket...and they have good food. Similar to most kosher takeout places in the US.

What's the story with Walmart type/f
grocery stores? Do I need to bring any kosher food? Whether it's drinks, snacks, candy

Spa is just really nice ..dry and wet sauna separate for men and women. Has a mini pool with massaging jet lounges...

United or Singapore, 35k RT. United has more availability if you have their card. Singapore has better change/cancellation fees and stopover rules.

Last minute im thinking of heading down there for a week or so. Are the trips and tours mostly things that can be booked on short notice or would it be to late for some things. I'm thinking of going next week
