Cholov Yisroel:
If you go onto Kosher Panama Website you can search for Cholov Yisroel by entering Jalav Israel in the search, just be aware if the site lists Jalav Israel and Lacteo in the description, the establishment may have both CY and non-CY so be aware and double check with the staff.
SuperKosher also had a nice selection of CY breakfast/snack/frozen items available.

There is a local chalav yisroel that isn't up to everyone's standards. It isn't up to Chabad as they use a lower kasherimg temperature than the alter rebbe holds.
This is what local chabad down there told me. Don't hold me to any of it please.

Ditto! How old are your kids and which tours did you take?

Putting something together   ;D
Kids are 14-5
To be honest any younger and I think it would be hard to do anything too active. Or at least someone would need to stay behind for some parts... at least for what we did. I am sure there are lots of more things to do with little people...

But if you're courageous enough and don't mind the Indian guide carrying your 10 month old in a baby carrier then the Embera village tour and water falls hike is doable. wink wink @TripsPls

It’s Kinda like when in Rome do as the Romans and all my good common sense American safety standards, didn’t go quite go out the window but seemed to be on vaca.  Somehow we ended up in the back of trucks, riding without helmets and our booster seat was basically useless.🤦🏼‍♀️

Looking at Marriott hotels. I have a couple of free night certs to burn, so thinking about the W. Also, see lots of good things about the Sortis. Anyone stay at the W recently?

I stayed at the W in February. The room is unique and large, but I wouldn't go there again. The decor is bold and somewhat cold, the lobby (a few floors up) is dark and uninviting and the pool is small and not very enticing.

Was getting all excited about Panama from this blog but checked the airline prices and they're insane (Nov from Sunday to Thursday). Any ideas or I'm out of luck? Also, which airport do you go to? I have Marriot points.

Prices are pretty high that’s why using AA miles or UA miles is your best option. You fly into PTY.

I'll check UA miles. I thought the number of miles is based on the ticket price. I'll check. Thanks.
