Cholov Yisroel:
If you go onto Kosher Panama Website you can search for Cholov Yisroel by entering Jalav Israel in the search, just be aware if the site lists Jalav Israel and Lacteo in the description, the establishment may have both CY and non-CY so be aware and double check with the staff.
SuperKosher also had a nice selection of CY breakfast/snack/frozen items available.

There is a local chalav yisroel that isn't up to everyone's standards. It isn't up to Chabad as they use a lower kasherimg temperature than the alter rebbe holds.
This is what local chabad down there told me. Don't hold me to any of it please.

Synagogue:

Some great information in this thread. Has anyone been to Panama at the end of December - between Christmas and New years? How is the weather? Are things more crowded due to locals being on vacation? TIA

gokosherpanama.com can help you with all your Panama travel questions.  They can help you plan your itinerary and book the tours and activities that you would enjoy.  You can get discounts on tours and some hotels with them.

Are there any hotels within walking distance of shuls, with rooms on low floors and mechanical keys, so one can avoid elevators and electric locks on Shabbos?

I stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott Panama City a couple of weeks ago. It's a great location for Chabad and Beth El, and the staff was very helpful with keeping the stairwells open etc.
That being said the lowest floor is 5 (and it's technically higher than that), and they don't have mechanical keys.

Which is a  better option for Shabbos Residence Inn or JW Marriott?  Are things back to normal there?

As of today - The 14 year old will need to have a Negative Rapid test within 72 hours of arrival.  You will have to upload your Vax cards and the test result to the Health Affadavit form.

In the situation where both parents are Vaxed--does the 14 yr old need to quarantine while waiting for the COVID test? Does the COVID test occur any time after arrival or 72 hrs after arrival? Do you have a link for the current protocol for children 12 yr and up who are with Vaxed parents.

Since the US is no longer on the list of high risk countries (at the moment),
the above information is accurate.

Where can you obtain COVID testing prior to returning to the US.
Any hotels offering it for free?

I used CliniLab. Was fast and easy. $28 for an antigen test.

Some hotels offer in-house testing but there's a hefty surcharge and they're very unreliable with timing so you need to make yourself available for several hours as there's no telling when the nurse will actually get there... clinic walkin is definitely the best way.

Correction:  Rapid tests are $30 or $35.  The $15 fee for the hotel visit is waived for scheduling appointment thru gokosherpanama.com/covid-express-lab.

Looking for a tour guide for Monkey island and Embera village, I read here amazing reviews about Alon Levi but I am not able to reach him. Can anyone recommend a good tour guide for the day?

I used Sorhay as recommended here but she’s not cheap. Great private tour.
