Moish, just so you know, being a brisker does not mean following the crowd that calls themselves briskers. How many Chumash Shiurs did(n't) you go to that you don't understand that the core principle of brisk is Emes? If you just want to follow the crowd to call yourself a brisker, you wouldn't eat from eidah either! but you do, which is funny, because a bit of informed research will have you know that Rubin is better than eidah, just that thr eidah is running a more effective pr machine. look at what's going on now in geula! I recently returned to visit and all the stores that R Rubin wouldn't certify when I was a bochur, all have eidah chareidis now. Its possible that Rav Moishe Halberstams passing was the cause of this because his brother, Tchokover rov, whom is in charge of the kashrus division of eidah chareidis, wouldn't do anything without his approval. now he's gone...
i wish i knew what i was doing...

One can see whether the other understood a chumash shiur?

On a more tachlesdige note.

I spoke to one of the members before, and it seemed like a good idea for people referring a restaurant, to include the best gps input to get them there (if possible), or a parking advice, if its a problem over there.

The official address of a resto, is sometimes a tiny street which besides to have a dead end, its also a one way the wrong direction, and you reversing come abruptly to a halt after a BAAM, followed by cursing in hebrew at 200mph.
The cheap resto just became an expensive outing.

well just think of all the Miles you just earned OK an American just earned. Instead of ahving the CC deal with the rental company simply have the rental company charge your CC for the damages and the CC repay you

true but I dont think they check to see what the retail price is over there but know what it is over here, could very well be if the car is completely totaled then it might be a problem, but the max I had as Damage was some $3500 and it was paid w/o any questions. Some kid decdied to do an illegal U-turn on Rehov Aza and I broadsided him, car still worked and changed it the next day

I've seen $50K on almost all my cards.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

But then, why would you need 3.5k either? If it was his fault, shouldn't his insurance cover your damage?

yudel shain is an extreme kashrus alarmist. discuss all kashrus concerns with your local rabbi, don't make decisions based on what he posts on his site...

its actually an interview between the jewish press and yechiel spira. if you want ill find the jewish press link. you obviously didnt read it if youre saying that theres something to ask a rabbi about. i cant imagine any rabbi saying its ok to eat something w/o a hechsher
here is the original article http://www.jewishpress.com/pageroute.do/43783
in the future please read something before making a ridiculous comment. its a great disservice.

I didn't read what you linked to, i'm just saying that Yudel shain, whose site was originally the link, is not at all someone to rely on. just visit http://yudelsmistake.blogspot.com/ and see where a guy in a week or so, caught him on so many inconsistencies. I dont think thats ridiculous...
