falafel

Falafel Hateimani on Yoel. Get it in a malawach.

Falafel shlomo (not to be confused with shlomo's falafel)

@Happyguy Not familiar with that one. Is it perhaps of the 9 shown on this “approved” list that someone shared with me?

They have both.I think belz-last one on the top row

@Spoon Address? Hechsher?

Right across from mousayof shul on rechov Yoel it should have one of those 9 hechshers.

Falafel Shlomo is around the corner by the bucharian shuk

It's not on the list. Sfardim consider it very good, ashkenazim not so much so. AYLOR

Sfardim consider it very good. For Ashkenazim, I have heard (from Rabbonim) things ranging from its כמעט treif to its one of the best hechsherim out there.
Some would consider it higher then some hechsherim on your list, Chasam Sofer BB and Aguda. AYLOR.
Another possibility would be to reach out to ZNT, which is run by Rabbi Weiner geared at helping chutzniks navigate the complicated Israeli Kashrus system. zntkosher@gmail.com.

It's worth familiarizing yourself with the Machpud symbol as it is quite commonly seen on many restaurants especially when out of the Charedi areas such as Jaffa St., Machane Yehuda area or in places such as Tel Aviv, Hertzliya etc.

Top line is chasidim

Middle is lita

Bottom is bottom

I did't know that both Rav Rubin and Rav Kook are Chasidish,
"Landau" today is shared by rav landaus son (Chasidish - Chabad I believe) and Rav rosenblatt (Litvish) - so this list is a few years out of date...
Rav Efrati to the best of my knowledge is a Belzer (though a talmid of Rav Elyashiv)
I don't know why you would say that the Jerusalem Rabbanut is Lita...
Aguda is def "Chassidish"

I think the only thing accurate might be "Bottom is bottom"

In any case, this year is shmita and many things are different and change as to which standards are better.
(For example, The Eida allows Arava Tzefonit, which most poskim hold is EY proper and therefore subject to shmita prohibitions...The Eida allows "Nochri" which many poskim frown on, and hold that at best it has kedushas shveis and at worst is asur)
Disregard what you heard in past years and ask now what is acceptable.

Oops, something went wrong…
Due to a technical problem, the online entry statement form is unavailable. Instead, residents of Israel can present a negative PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before boarding. Foreign nationals may board the flight with an official vaccination certificate issued by their country (provided six months have not passed from the time it came into effect) and a negative PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before boarding.
