I’m not sure if the reasons such restaurants are not Kosher relate to the Israeli cultural divide, economics, the complexity of Kashrus in EY (for a secular restaurant operator), or other factors. It’s likely a combination.

Tel O Fun city rentals can be found all over the city.
Never tried them, i assume they're a step down from a store rental
