Easypark used to be an option, where you could get the device at the Post office. Doubt they still exist but who knows

are there meters in yerushalayim e.g. geula? Last time i was there, there weren't any.

you can call from your phone either cellopark or pango - need to register the license plates of your rental one time and your CC info and then can call every time you need it
