10 years ago I was in Tzfas for Shabbos and a Rabbi Rottenberg offered free Shabbos afternoon tours of the city which were amazing. Does anyone know if that's still ongoing?

I came across this,
Shabbat tour of the Kahal, archaeological excavations of Tzfat's Old City. Free. Leaves from Livnot U'Lehibanot Tourist Informaiton Center, 27 Alkabetz Street (just below the Ari Ashkanazi Synagogue) Saturdays, morning and late afternoon. Call Livnot to confirm times (which change according to the season) (04)6970311 or 052-3498804 or register online . 20 shekels/pp to be pre-paid.

Thanks!!
Not sure what to make of "Free" and then "20 shekels/pp to be pre-paid." but I'll reach out to them.

Take cash from an ATM if your bank doesn’t charge a exchange fee.
Eat the ATM fee, it’s well worth it

Or use Charles Schwab bank - ATM fees get reimbursed.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

He’s a Lubavitcher Chassid and very knowledgeable in both the Torah and archeological history of israel. We used him with our family years ago and it really elevated our trip.
He’s based in ירושלים but can go anywhere.
