Serious ? Thought traffic will be out of meeron, what is my best option if arriving on lag baomer? Was thinking of going up so at least next morning can be in meeron
If you are trying to go to Meron, you have no choice. I thought since you didn't mention Meron that you were stam thinking about going somewhere else...
Yeah, I don't have any specific advice. Waze should give you the least-slow route, though.

Kvish 6 should be fine. The issues are with the smaller roads closer to meron which aren't equiped to handle that many cars.

Additionally you officially can't drive all the way up. You will have to park at one of close by moshavs and takes a shuttle which takes time as well.

Does anyone have anyone they recommend for a driver that is not super expensive with a small van that can handle a family of 6.  Looking to possibly hire one for a few days during the summer.

Traveling with a family 2 adults and 4 children . Just wondering if I need to always order a taxi with seven seats or will the average taxi driver be ok with squeezing in some kids in the back?

But I do remember the tour guide who we went with was Aharon Tzvi Saks, who lives in Meah Shearim and had a 12 or 15 seat van. He took us all over eretz yisroel, in a marathon trip, from neitz by the Kosel till very late at night.
This is the contact I have for him, I hope it's still accurate: 025eight22257 and American # 91seven, 4seven4, 8one60
(I'm somehow related to him.)

I would like to go up north for two days with a stay in a hotel booking three rooms or a suite for six.. any suggestions? I would eventually go to Meron, Tzefas, Teveria, so any ideas that are not crazy expensive are welcome. Ty

Prices are pretty expensive.
There are some Israeli websites that may have something but best is word of mouth.

I took a quick look at Expedia and there were multiple hotels that "looked" decent at $150-$225 a night. Any recommendations, it does not have to be in any particular city in the north since I will have a car. Kosher breakfast is a plus (not just a Rabanut Kosher..)

Teveria is probably your best bet. There are endless Leonardos there. I'm sure one would work.

Look into airbnb if you all want to stay together, finding a 6 person suite can be difficult

why do you prefer countryside, also do you have an example to provide?
