Is there any Beach in the dead sea with separate areas for men and women which also offers additional facilities like pools etc? Any hotels?

Its supply and demand...  an esrog costs more before sukkos :)
You can do it yourself with a good guide book, like Jerusalem: Footsteps through time https://zbermanbooks.com/jerusalem-footsteps-through-time-pb-travel-ed or here https://www.amazon.com/Jerusalem-Footsteps-Through-Torah-Study/dp/1598262513
Great book! I have it on the table right now (I am in EY now for a few more days).

I don't know how much is too much for you...look at the hours recommended for each. It might be overload or it might be great to have it all in context. You can also look at organized tour itineraries to get an idea of how the sites are packaged.
I would start with Ir David and end off with Kotel tunnels. This way you will end off in the Old City and can get something to eat or drink. It is also easier to get transportation back to wherever you need to go.

This Wednesday is Tu B'av. There will be several Israeli bus companies going to Tzfas/Meron/Tverya. Price is 120-130 Shekel. Hoffman is also going, and they are charging 130 shekel. I will try to post some more info a little later.

For a flagged ride almost none do
If you order on the phone you can ask but usually also not
Gett app takes card ;)

Is Gett significantly more expensive than ordering on the phone or flagging? Or are there any other disadvantages to Gett comparatively?

The advantage of Gett is that they always use the meter. There is around a five shekel service charge, but I think you pay that for a phone order as well. Our recent experience was that if you flag down a taxi they want a flat price and will not use the meter. It was always much higher than a similar Gett ride.

Some would argue that it's a disadvantage. You can usually bargain a flat price which would be cheaper than meter

1. Almost no one continues to charge the phone fee these days.
2. It may be cheaper for a native to bargain down the driver, but not always for someone who doesn't know what the ride is worth. Remember, the taxi driver almost always has done the route more often than you, so he does know what the ride is worth.
3. The reason the drivers don't like to use the meter is because they always have to pay the exorbitant tax on it. FYI Rabbi Berkovits holds you should always use the meter because it is lifnei iver on sheker and gneiva. (Never heard anyone else say this, though.)
4. If you insist on using the meter, the driver won't always refuse. I personally never got turned down. (That might be Rabbi Berkovits power!!!!!!)

Was by the separate beach at yam Hamalech yesterday. Right near the Leonardo hotel. Had separate changing areas. Didn't see anything about pool access to hotels, maybe you could inquire at the hotel. There was a parking lot right by the separate beach. Appeared to be free, though there was a bar that kept going up and down to separate between the vehicles.

Especially since when they use the meter a lot of times they go much slower and in roundabout ways to rack up the meter. I've cought them a few times on this on routes where I knew the area well

At least, as a tourist, you can always use Waze/Google Maps to determine if they're going a long route.
