This list is impossible to be complete.
A. It will be out of date relatively quickly
B. How do you define "Tzadik"?

There's a sefer i think called Kedoshim Asher BaAretz that has good maps of the Batei Kvaros in JLM and Bnei Brak. (I have photocopies of the maps...), I'll try to see if its still in print.

Let's start a thread, with a wiki and see if the members here can produce something useful for you.

Why should it be different than before?
Bus either from Tachana Mekazit or a chareidi service like Hofman

Is it safe to drive down?

been discussed here fairly recently.
summary:
Thousands of Jews use the roads. Palestinians also do.
You don't know the roads at all, there are tons of turns and a wrong turn can be deadly.
Your call.

I would like to take my granddaughter to the airport
Just to see the planes.  Can you get to a place at the
Airport where the planes are visible without a ticket?

In terminal 3 on either side of the security checkpoint there are windows with a decent view (assuming there are aircraft at those gates
Additionally there used to be a nice place near long term Parking (you can take the free terminal 1 shuttle and get off)
I don't remember exactly where or if it still exists
