You want us to help plan on the thread? With pleasure.
You want idea via PM, same.
You want a professional tour planñer? That aint me.
The first two sound great :)

Day one: We’re probably looking at Meoras Hamachpela/Kever Rochel/Talpiyot one day, need to find a fun/sporty activity in the vicinity, maybe camel riding in the desert? Also an evening activity

Day two: Probably Yad Vashem, walking the walls of the old city, and then walking tour of Bnei Brak with visits to R’ Zilberstein and R’ Edelstein, maybe Segway tour somewhere?

Day three: Likely something along the lines of Herzliya with some combination of boating, ropes course, hot air balloons, German colony. Maybe Haifa for the cable cars?

I need unique ideas that aren’t boring but help chap arein Eretz Yisroel. This is for a group that will have already spent 10 days doing the basics around Eretz Yisroel (Teveria, Tzfas, Meron, Old city tours, moshav, ATVing, Yam Hamelech/Ein Gedi/Masada) with some exceptions and are looking to have fun but also soak in the ruchniyus and history of Eretz Yisroel. For many it’ll be their first time there (and maybe only time there until Moshiach).

This is for the first week of March.

Also, does anybody have connections with a well priced bus company or have recommendations of a tour guide for a day or two? As of now Lev Yerushalayim is our most likely hotel but open to suggestions.

Just some ideas to throw out there
Day one seems nice and compact
IINM theres some sort of carting or bowling in Talpiot, but that's just a fun activity, not specifically Israel centric.
Do the full chevron experience not just a hit and run to Mearas Hamachpela.
Maybe some other experience in the gush/har chevron?
On the way from kever rochol is the armon hanetziv promenade, with it's superb view of the old city (and with the right tour guide a great point for talking about YLM bezman habayis, aliya leregel, other events from nach etc)
(at this point, your day is getting quite full, talpiot can be the evening?)

Day two relatively seems a little bit scattered.
Not sure what the benefit is of going across jlm to the old city just to go on the walls...
Anyway, going straight from YvS to BB seems like a good plan, going from the history of the churbon directly to the rebuilding of frum jewry, especially if you start from ponevitz and the dreams of the ponevitzer rav. (Brings out the frum message rather than the zionistic one of yvs)
Which Rav Edelstein are you planning on seeing in BB? Not ringing a bell.
Evening segways near the old city, together with a visit to the kosel (pretty sure the on the walls will be closed by then)?

Day three.
The sporty stuff isNot really my thing, never been to herzeliya.
But prob a good place for historical info about the yishuv hachadash...
Winery tour and tasting?
Chaifa gets you a few interesting stuff. The cable car is up har hacarmel, with the story of Eliyahu etc... plus the museum at the top. The right tour guide can make this fun and a kesher to the history/kedusha of EY.
You have th inclined railway the carmelit.
The kosher beach! (Weather dependent)
The navy museum?

Thank you!

Day one: they will likely have already done Armon Hanetziv on the previous tour :( Is it something to do twice?
Is there a good/scenic place to eat a packed lunch somewhere (this would have been perfect)?
What type of carting is there in Talpiyot?

Day two: they’re probably staying right outside the old city, so walls first thing, then a visit to a speaker, then the light rail to Yad Vashem would probably be the order. From there a bus to BB for a couple of hours.
Day two Night: Does it make sense to do a BBQ and dancing at Chevrei Masada? Anything to know about that?

Day three:
Those sound great! Any more information about the carmelit, navy museum? These are not really “museum” type

Day one: they will likely have already done Armon Hanetziv on the previous tour :( Is it something to do twice? Nu, its a great scenic outlook, but you can find other things to do
Is there a good/scenic place to eat a packed lunch somewhere (this would have been perfect)? doable in chevron or elsewhere in the gush, also dependant on hechsher theres a pizza shop/cafe near MHmp
What type of carting is there in Talpiyot? http://teamkarting.co.il/

Day two: they’re probably staying right outside the old city, so walls first thing, then a visit to a speaker, then the light rail to Yad Vashem would probably be the order. From there a bus to BB for a couple of hours. that makes more sense, you had written YvS, walls, BB which seemed strange
Day two Night: Does it make sense to do a BBQ and dancing at Chevrei Masada? Anything to know about that? no idea, maybe some one else here knows. Isn't that a really long drive from BB?

Day three:
Those sound great! Any more information about the carmelit, navy museum? These are not really “museum” type
carmelit is an underground funicular railway, cars are pulled up by cables, payment via ravkav. There's a scenic promenade at the top.
The navy museum is a cross between history of the navy, and a history of the illegal aliya bet. Exhibit on those topics plus a few boats you can explore. Think the intrepid, just smaller. See
https://museums.mod.gov.il/sites/Haapala/Pages/default.aspx
The hecht museum at the top of the cable car is free, not quite a please touch place, but everything is out in the open and touchable (recently it made the headlines when a 4 yr old boy broke a very rare complete jug from like zman hamikdash...) with a tourguide who can tie stuff to history of nach/chazal could be good. Not huge, just a couple of galleries.
You also have the alleged mearas eliyahu, the railway meuseum, old chaifa (no real jewish connection AFAICT), kiryat Viznitz...hanging bridge

If you're going up to Haifa anyway you can add places like
caesarea which is very much about Israel from the time of bait sheni onwards, and then stop at somewhere like zichron Yaakov which is very much "new" Israel and has a nice place to walk around in the pedestrian midrechov (optionally add the beautiful Ramat hananadiv gardens), continue heading north stop at the maapilim camp in atlit which is where the British held Jews trying to make it into Israel  and then make your way to Haifa.

The carmelit is only really interesting if you're a transport geek. The cable car that runs now from the mifratz to the university is interesting not sure if there's a great view (only used it halfway). There used to be a tourist cable car above Stella maris need to check if it still exists.

The rachbalit is the active one that has the better views and goes up Har Hakarmel?

Yes.
All the public transportation names in chaifa end in the demunative ...it. Carmelit (funicular railway, as @LongTimeLurker says mainly interesting for transit geeks and kids), Metronit (the express bus system, not a tourist anything), and Rachbalit (Rakavel is cable car, a combo word of rakevet (train) and cable)

That's the view from the tower, which you can also just drive to. Trust me the view from the mifratz up to the technion is really just brutalism and bad 50s socialist architecture

To add, hertzeliya is great for the marina but if you really want to do a little bit more then I am going to double down on the near north. Zichron has tons of wineries, as does binyamina. Can do lots of tourts. Then the ruins at Caesarea are great etc, continue as mentioned above.

To add, hertzeliya is great for the marina but if you really want to do a little bit more then I am going to double down on the near north. Zichron has tons of wineries, as does binyamina. Can do lots of tourts. Then the ruins at Caesarea are great etc, continue as mentioned above.
If your day needed to include Haifa cable cars and end at boating in Herzliya, what one thing would you go to in Caesaria on the way? Is there something that you don’t need a real tour guide for?
