I'm not talking about Nesher as in the Company, Rather the "sherut" aspect. The route can be very long sometimes. For example if it's orderd for 8 PM (can't be earlier, since they are on the hour) they pick him up at 8:25 than the have a pick up in Har Nof and then Pisgat Ze'ev...

Agreed- I always ask to be the last stop and emphasize my flight time.  Usually, I am with family so we take up about 6-8 seats anyways.

I always just take a cab to airport as at least getting to the airport isn't difficult as well.

Sherut has always worked out well for our guests.
If you're on a budget w/o too many bags, Egged bus is a good option for around 20 shekel.
Cabs can be pricey.

Daka 99, 150 NIS. With 2 people you're paying 120 for Nesher anyway. If you're going with 6-8 people they'll probably send a van it will probably be cheaper than Nesher.

Never heard of them.
Where will they pick up from?
Will they take from airport to Jerusalem, or nearby areas?

They would take you anywhere you need...  Theyre probably the cheapest.

They give cabs "return" fares. So if a JLM cab needs to pick someone up from TLV, they will provide them with a JLM-TLV fare so they can make some extra money for an empty trip.

150 includes up to 4 adults and up to 2 suitcases. I believe each additional suitcase is 5 shekel. When you call be very clear with exactly what you have, and ask for the price

I think its by the exit 23 they are 24 hours.
very easy to find, and hassle-less. the driver calls you.

And how far in advance do you need to order, or can you just show up?
I thought that cabs using meters were above 200sh to jerusalem?
