HEADS UP: Fish and Two Vegetables has changed hechsheirim, from Chug Chasam Sofer to Rabbanut Mehadrin.

The manager tells me it's because Chug was charging them 3,000 NIS a month, while RM only charges 800; meanwhile, the Chug mashgiach would come in once a day and just look around at the items being used, while the RM mashgiach actually checks the rice. And all their ingredients are Eida, anyway.

If you ask me, it sounds more like an upgrade, but to each their own...

the regular chitter chatter I am used to hearing from Israelis when they downgrade.... usually these things are a step before ....
Its interesting though, why the two sushi places look the way they do, I would think it would be a much better market. (although "the manager" there, did tell me your a big customer there.)
