where you can give a CC beforehand.
If am not mistaken, all the places that are open, require you to give a cc beforehand .Keep in mind the Challah portions are small, and if you are not a wine guy bring your own bottle of grape juice.(or you will have to buy a bottle of wine there).

Some are a set price for the menu, excluding wines, desserts, etc. And some are open menu, however a cc is required prior.

I wonder how many DDers are going to Israel for Succos on the DD special from last winter?  Should we do a meetup?  When is everyone flying out?

it's called bais yaakov hayashan and you get the full experience with proper pikuach.
There are eidah shochtim properly set up, with onsite dayanim, a feather plucking machine, a table with arab workers cutting up your chicken while it gets checked if it's kosher and you have the option to leave your chicken in a special fridge for aniyim, give it to one of the numerous families you may encounter, or keep it for a chance to get some practical melicha experience.
