Anyone know of a store in Israel that sells beer making kits? I've heard of a place in Mevaseret, but unsure of the name.

Look for a place called sod hayayin near the airport off the 4 actually.. There is a great store there that my uncle uses - they sell from the basic brewing kits to the state of the art wine making equipment etc there.. I could probably get you exact address if it doesn't come up in searches.

Sod HaYayin is more wine oriented. The Winemaker is actually more beer oriented. Sod HaYayin has more stuff overall. I went there specifically because they had Israeli made bottles.
I don't recall needing the 4 at all. You get off before the airport. It's on some back road off of Kiryat Sde Teufa. I have a receipt somewhere with contact info.

This place in sod hayayin had high end US and italian wine making equipment as well as great beer making equipment. They had starter kits and were very knowledgeable in everything brewing.

FWIW,  was just told of a great way to save money at these all to expensive dry cleaners in israel. If you wash your shirts at home in washer, and just ask cleaners to press, instead of the process, will cost same amount of money as American dry cleaners.

And if you have non-winkle ones or an iron you save even more money.

I once brought in five pants to my dry cleaners and he told me that four of them could be washed safely at home. They were all wool pants.
