Ya, probably the best burger in that part of Jerusalem... but if you are willing to shlep Malcha Mall has a BlackBurger with OU Glatt probably the best in Jslem, no?

Haburganim is pretty good - except they sometimes make the burgers a bit too "rare" for my liking.

Madanei Geulah on Straus (right near Kikar Shabbos), Hadar Geulah in Tel Arza, Toameh at the beginning of Meah Shearim, Kretchme on bottom of Yechezkel, Heimish Essen on Ramban in Rechavia.

they make my favorite schnitzel but for the rest of shabbos food, i find hadar geulah and beis yisroel to be better

The best burger in israel, hand down. It was the only normal tasting burger i have had here. (though i must say they say there 150 but there super shrunk down by the time they get to the bun,

What time do these places close on Friday in the winter? How close to shabbos?
