Ok folks. Thanks a million. Got a large list. Between the places I know and the listings on page 1 I have almost all of them. These I didn't see anywhere as far as location: pizza beitit, gregs and the waffle bar in ramat Eshkol, which of the two from page 1 is it? Which is closer to rechavia? Thank you all again.
Pizza Betit is more of a pizza store than a cafe. It's right by the Mir in Beis Yisrael.
Gregs is in Mamila.
Waffle Bar in Ramat Eshkol is located in Paran.

They're opening up a Greg's in Center One as well.
It's about time that they got rid of the mediocre cafe that was in the center area.

Thanks. I have enough now to just keep eating and forget about the rest of Israel! Really appreciate it.
