Yes they did move, they used to be on Keren Kayemet, they are now on Ramban in the same building as Kiyara and Shiyan.

Just remember, with the people who cook at home (I don't mean to specify the person you posted, I don't know them) "All ingredients are Eida" can mean that the cheese and meat that they used to make cheeseburgers are Eida cheese and Eida meat. Buying food from someone who cooks food in their house needs a hashgacha just as a restaurant need one. Saying all ingredients are a certain hechsher doesn't (necessarily) cut it

That is correct. The 2nd choice is a restaurant that has shabbos packages and you have others just like that restaurant.
