How about having shabbos delivered to your Apt Call Mrs Pam 052 760 7157. We used her for 2 shabbosim and we were very happy.
what did she charge for Shabbos? is it American style cooking or Israeli?

I recommend a lady Rochy Victor.  The food is great. You can email here here at magicalm@netvision.net.il and she can send you her menu.  Or you can call her 02-532-2773  (i cant find her USA line at the moment)

ETA:

If you want catered (home-cooked), highly recommend Rochy Victor - 718-578-4181, 02-532-2773 or magicalm@netvision.net.il

Mehadrin:
Gabriel / Gabriella is great.
Beit Tiko is so so, but great area.
Not jeru, but the Gush Etzion Winery and restaurant "Bayekev" incredible!
Village green is great but gets boring after 5 visits

Yea so that pretty much ends my mehadrin suggestions :(

Non mehadrin:

Maalot tappas bar
Scala
Mameila rooftop
Japaniko sushi
Hachatzar
