Will they still pick up the phone now ? I tried that number a couple of times, but could not get through to anybody.

They should, keep trying.
Also try 02-623-1231.

Has anyone stayed at the Ritzaliyah for shabbos?
Is there a shul on premises or nearby?
What's the best option for meals?

Yep. B"H we arrived in one piece. This is our first major trip with our child, where we have lots of luggage for Yom Tov etc. , so it's a learning experience.

Anyone know of options for an American Social Work degree in Israel?

I know of LIU program (through "The New Seminary").
