No. Just overpaid.
Why do you say that? You think you can call them now and get 160? I really highly doubt that

Hua? I was answering a question asked.
Besides it's good for them to know they overpaid so that they know next time.

I was asking why you think they overpaid. While you can get 180 or even technically 150, that is the going rate and I doubt you'll do better calling them now

That's a good deal as opposed to him getting a bad deal.

Let me re answer the question from moish: NO!!!
Instead of arguing, why don't we do this the easy way. You know what they used to charge, simply call them now and ask how much it is

That's a good deal as opposed to him getting a bad deal.
In my book:
Paying on the low end of the price spectrum= Normal
Paying on the high end of the price spectrum= Overpaying!

That's my opinion, take it or leave it.

Anyone been there this week? What is the real feel of the country during this 'security situation'?

Are people afraid to go out? Is Ben Yehuda empty? How about the Israeli Shuk? Do people still walk to the Kosel? etc.

Or is it blown out of proportion in NY?

Blown out of proportion. Everything is back to normal besides the kosel itself is decently empty.
