Your probably referring to Skyline which is already open under OU. I heard he was going to working on better but they sing have yet

I will be iyh traveling to The Land in the end of Jan/beginning of Feb. I would like to know if anyone here has any suggestions for trips that can be done DURING THIS TIME(i.e. the winter)-scuba diving is out. I know of the tunnel tours which are cool-what other places in and around Yerushalayim can we visit that is "weather proof"?

Scuba diving doesn't close in the winter.
