Basically very new which means everyone is new to their job.
It is right by bikur cholim hospital and the main part of the restaurant is outdoors, officially called indoors, so your hear sirens bellowing your ears off all the time and the waiter won't hear you. There is also no ac there so it can get kinda hot. Prices are regular. Service was slow even tho it was basically empty.
I found them to be pretty generous. Bread was whole wheat with sun dried tomatoes installed in them. We asked for doubles and they gave no problem. Problem was that I think they cut the bread in the morning and heated them up for us because after 10 Seconds of sitting out they became hard.

Rosa Pasta had those same sun dried tomatoes. We felt that they had weird green stems of something in the pasta which was weird. The pasta was nice sized portion and tasty. Could've made the same at home tho.
We ordered anachini which wasn't to either of our liking. It was the type of thing that you pull interesting stuff out your mouth thinking it's hair or grass.

They have wicker garden chairs so it ain't that comfortable.
Overall,  I would recommend especially seeing as it's a good hechsher but I would try out a new place even with bad reviews before going back.
The best part for us was the walk around town after... I love gadgets. I end up spending tons of time/money by these stalls that are meant to attract kids.. (I just discovered orbez or something. I'm hooked! I ordered tons just now from Ali express)
I have a couple  of pictures but I'm on tapatalk and I can't upload.

Whats the Hashgacha?

My personal recommendation would be Madaanei Geula.

Make a right on Strauss from Kikar Hashabbos, and about a minute up, make a left on the first small street, its right there.

I have never seen ready made food in the Shuk with a good Hashgacha, but I could very well be mistaken.
