I would call the meals pretty Israeli but OK. I dont believe you can just come for the meals.

What's the easiest way to get to tzfas via public transportation from Jerusalem? It it really worth renting a car it will cost significantly more what are the pros and cons of each?

I was in Israel back in April and I used Verizon Global Pass for $9.99/Day. I have since gone to vzw prepaid and therefore do not have that option for my next trip in November. What would my best option be for a Sim? I will be calling US & Israel.

Car is definitly much quicker and more convenient. Bus is very cheap but it's a bit of a schlep. If you do go with the bus I would highly recommend you to go to one of the first few stops.
