They have a set minyan at like 7 (don't remember exactly) and depending on the crowd, a later minyan too. They have the zmanim posted if you go in or you can call and ask for the mashgiach. He's the "Rav" in the shull.

Im looking for brief description  about it.
Is a good idea to pay fora guided tour?
I heard there is water you have to walk through , is it possible not to walk through the water?

How long will it take if you do it yourself?

They have guided tours.
I heard there is water you have to walk through , is it possible not to walk through the water?
At the end of the tour you walk through a pitch dark stream which is quite interesting. Make sure to to take along Crocs, flashlight, and a backpack, because the water will be reaching your knees. There is an alternate dry path if you don't want to do it.
How long will it take if you do it yourself?
I would recommend the tour because you hear a ton of information which you wouldn't have known by yourself.
