Anyone know of a cheap vineyard tour that is not all about promoting their brand and tasting, rather is child friendly?

Any inexpensive horseback riding?

where is the best place to be for selichot/selichos in Israel. Just realized we will be there that weekend and want to take full advantage of being there!

Best, very much depends on your preference.
There's a nice Carlbach/Yehuda Green style minyon on the top of Givaat Hamivtar. BYOG (guitar).

I'm fond of the Psagot winery, but the vineyards aren't there.

There are some mehadrim places in kiryat tsanz if that's the type of place your looking for. Meet is takeout only and pizza has seating I believe.
